——My speech for growth and introjection

Now maybe you can definitely remember the occasions that it’s first time you got out of your parents’ hands and went to school alone , the first time you stood up and answered the teacher’s questions bravely ,and the first time you made your own decisions without any hesitations.Apparently ,these mark you step into another stage of your life :growing up , which just certify that you grow up in your family .But today we will share an abviosly different stage of growing up in the society and community —flying in the ocean of your occupation.

When graduate, we all take our dreams and aspirations to find one place to launch a new career. Some are lucky and some are not . Some seize their olives and some lose. Some cheer and some are frustrated……Well , we substaintially resemble. Because we are fortunate.Now let’s share our experients since we set foot in this my company.

Taking our expections in August, and embracing our longing for Midsummer,and manifesting our premature ambitions ,we got on the train to Qingdao from Guangzhou.Perhaps it’s a single trip for us ,while for others it’s a round trip.And I believe that was an unforgetable travel no matter what it means.

We were startled by the situations that happened in Submarine Academy in Qingdao the first day when we arrived .A dorm without fans ,let alone the air-conditioning ,a bed without pillows and mosquito-curtains ,a window without blinds.What shocked us the most was that we had to accommodate 20-30 persons in this dorm ! What a terrible try……I still remember that it was a headache for boys to make their beds and clothes repeatedly.While by contrasting , no one can force us to repeat it when we are at home or school.But,here we had no choices but to take the orders.Several days elapsed ,we couldn’t believe our eyes that the quilts and pillows were like the dilicious bread quietly lying on the bed !How amazing ! We couldn’t help yelling for the glory breakthrough.

Undoubtedly ,the corporational culture training was a piece of cake for us ,which coming along with the military training makes up the whole program in Qingdao.Because we didn’t necessarily stand on the ground for military training,and we could escape from the blazing sun .Every morning we can enjoy the inspiring morning reciting , and than we started the corporational culture training.Following the moderate sound of masters ,we were slumberous and we took a nap.Obviously we were worn out after a long day’s military training ,and after the nap maybe we can stand up for a new challenge! But looking back on our experients, we are more confident ,more self-possessed and more self-disciplined from the previous ignorance,curiosity and mood-swings.As a matter of fact ,we now could actully accpet the corporate history ,products ,technologies,visions and the like gradually.Furthermore ,we could integrate ourselves into My company .This occasion is worth the most applauds.

However,we all have a clear picture of the military training which we all channelled our energies into.Somtimes we stood motionlessly for the command ,sometimes we were full of beans in the rain for the discipline,and sometimes we kept accompany with the tardy colleages because we were a group. Previously, we had thought that the training would be easy and we all could effortlessly go through it .Nevertheless we were likely to be screened out by this program. Thus it’s normal that many a colleage was rebellious and inimical ,because we were oriented to live at ease at school.

How time flies ! The first round of trainding in Qingdao came to an end,and we also came back to Guangdong Province for the second round of training—Manufacturing & Producton line training.You can imagine how exciting we are when we can see the products are produced from the assembly lines ,and we are expected to give it a try .OK,now we are given the chance.In fact ,when you experient it over and over,you would surprisingly find that it’s not like that the way you think. Of course, when you take over an assembly line ,you could do more than you could think. A prodcut isn’t just a product ,but the efforts your workers pay ,the time your machines work and the cost your apartments make.Being an assembly line worker ,you should pay more attentions to your quality apart from the quantity.Evidently ,when you are a member of a group,you can view it in a different light which distinguish from the passers-by.Once I asked one of my colleage who works in the assembly line :How do you think of the life in assembly line ? you stressed ? feeling like crying ? He blurted out: My fatigues are swept away by the colorful clounds drifting from the hill and disappear from my eyesight when I get off my work. I surprisingly held my tongue .Yep ,when you bury your head in one thing and when you concentrate on your favorite ,you totally forget your surroundings. And so he does ! It breaks new ground,it’s accomplishment ,it’s satisfaction ,it’s success !On the contrary , it’s a drag , it’s burden ,it’s desperation!

After visiting the headquarter, we were enchanted in the melody of Hi-tech products of our corporation. The old pictures were overflowing in my mind and the stories would never end .Long ago ,we could see the ads on TV;Nowadays ,we can touch the real things. Instinctly ,it’s a great leap .Just like you run into an old friend who you have never seen since you were young .Perhaps this is a sense of belonging . We all belong to the ancious memory, we all belong to the contemporary and we all belong to the My company.

Yesterday is known, today is variable and tomorrow is unknown.The training program is going on and on ,and we are undertaking it over and over.God is fair to everyone.Each person are given the setbacks and reversals,while he is also granted for joys and happiness.That what can you see when you stumble on the ground becomes the most frequently asked problem. Some see the stone on the ground whereas others see the road in front of them.In retrospect, we realize that growing up is a process and we must pay for it ;Adaptation and orientation is also a process and we must face .But following questions block us : What can we learn from the stumble ? How can we deal with the problems ? When should we simle without any frowns ? Thought-provoking but practical .Finally ,I firmly believe all tears and fatigues will set the milestone for us if we take it easy !Just like the phrases mentioned in the novel Three statuses in life written by famous writter Chili in China mainland:

1) The hill is a hill ,and the river is a river.

2)The hill is not a hill ,and the river is not a river.

3)The hill is still the hill ,and the river is still the river.

Now I am explaining the truth .The first status says we don’t trust anything easily ,we are indignant and we are moody. So we deem that the hill is just a hill.The second status indicates we work hard and we save every cions ,but at last we are suddenly aware that they are not what we want .Whereas ,the third status illustrates that we are suddenly enlightened ,and we enjoy our life ,knowing what we actully need and we persist in pursuing .Taking the above into accout ,I faithfully hope every colleage can reach the third status .Only seizing the insight can we fly further.Don`t cry because it is over,smile because it happened.

When tomorrow turns in today, yesterday, and someday that no more important in your memory, we suddenly realize that we are pushed forward by time. This is not a train in still in which you may feel forward when another train goes by. It is the truth that we"ve all grown up. And we become different.

Now we compare the College English learning to a process you learn the bird-tweet in the forest.It states you pass the CET-4 when 4 birds land on your shoulder, you pass the CET-6 when 6 birds land on your shoulder ,and you become the “birdman” when a number of birds land on it. Well ,it is just a joke said by Yu Minhong.Here we take it in the speech ,I keenly recommend the degree and attention you spend on one thing ,especially your work ,your occupation and your career.
