A man rents a public bicycle in Honggutan district, Nanchang city, capital of East China’s Jiangxi province, Sept 3, 2010. Nanchang plans to spread the bicycle leasing service to the whole city as a measure to reduce traffic jams and encourage people to use green transportation. The program started in Honggutan district, a new development zone of Nanchang, which has 2,000 public bicycles and 50 leasing sites, twice the number of last year. [Photo/Xinhua]
